Understanding Termite & Pest Inspections
In the dynamic landscape of real estate, particularly in growing urban areas like Oklahoma City, new construction homes are a significant investment. These homes, while brand-new, are not immune to construction defects or oversight. It's crucial to understand that the aesthetics of a new home do not necessarily guarantee its structural integrity or the quality of underlying work. This is where new construction inspections become vital.
Quality Assurance: Even with reputable builders, inconsistencies in subcontractor work can lead to varied quality across different homes. A professional inspection helps identify these discrepancies, ensuring that your new home meets expected standards.
Long-term Cost Savings: Identifying potential issues early can save substantial costs down the line, especially before the expiration of the builder's warranty. Addressing these issues within the warranty period can lead to significant financial savings.
Informed Decisions: An inspection report provides a comprehensive overview of the home’s condition, empowering buyers with the knowledge to make informed decisions about their investment.
Our inspection process is thorough, addressing every component of your new home:
Structural Integrity: Examination of the foundation, walls, roofing, and other structural elements.
Systems Inspection: Evaluation of critical systems like heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical.
Interior and Exterior Review: Detailed assessment of both the interior and exterior, including finishes and installed fixtures.
Additional Services: For homes with pools or other special features, we offer additional inspection services to ensure all aspects of the property are covered.
We understand the time-sensitive nature of real estate transactions. Therefore, we guarantee:
Rapid Turnaround: Inspections are conducted efficiently, with reports delivered within 24 hours.
Precision and Thoroughness: Speed does not compromise the depth of our inspection. Every aspect of the property is meticulously examined.

What our clients say
HONEST!
Dale has been so great to work with. He did the initial inspection on my house several years ago and just recently hired him again to run some air quality tests. He’s very timely, knowledgeable, and honest and great to work with! He is the only person i would trust for any future inspections.

PROFESSIONAL
Extremely thorough and professional. Was on time and had every tool and testing device needed to make sure his inspection was exhaustive. When finished Kaleb helped me understand his findings in a layman way. Even though it was all on the report, the 'cliffs notes" summary was nice. He even gave advice for how to address findings.

Highly REcommended
The entire process from setting up the inspection, setting a date/time and completing the inspection was very good. Requesting the inspection and scheduling a date/time was very easy. The best was the actual report itself. Dale did a very thorough job of evaluating the entire home, taking a lot of pictures, especially of the areas that needed to be addressed. I loved the summary report that allowed me to focus in on the specific areas of concern. The detailed report was very thorough and great to have on file. I received both the same day the actual inspection was completed which I thought was exceptional service. Dale came highly recommended to me and I would highly recommend him as well.
