What our clients say

HONEST!

Dale has been so great to work with. He did the initial inspection on my house several years ago and just recently hired him again to run some air quality tests. He’s very timely, knowledgeable, and honest and great to work with! He is the only person i would trust for any future inspections.

PROFESSIONAL

Extremely thorough and professional. Was on time and had every tool and testing device needed to make sure his inspection was exhaustive. When finished Kaleb helped me understand his findings in a layman way. Even though it was all on the report, the 'cliffs notes" summary was nice. He even gave advice for how to address findings.

Highly REcommended

The entire process from setting up the inspection, setting a date/time and completing the inspection was very good. Requesting the inspection and scheduling a date/time was very easy. The best was the actual report itself. Dale did a very thorough job of evaluating the entire home, taking a lot of pictures, especially of the areas that needed to be addressed. I loved the summary report that allowed me to focus in on the specific areas of concern. The detailed report was very thorough and great to have on file. I received both the same day the actual inspection was completed which I thought was exceptional service. Dale came highly recommended to me and I would highly recommend him as well.

What happens if my well fails inspection?

If a well fails inspection, it's necessary to address the specific issues identified. This could involve repairing or replacing parts of the well system, treating the water to eliminate contaminants, or in severe cases, drilling a new well. It's essential to consult with a professional to determine the appropriate course of action.

How do you check a well?

Checking a well involves several steps:

  1. Inspecting the physical structure for damage or wear.

  2. Testing the water for quality, including pH levels and the presence of contaminants.

  3. Assessing the pump and pressure tank operation.

  4. Conducting a yield test to evaluate the well's water output over time.
